Material characteristics
| Black buffalo | We use carefully selected core (center) parts of buffalo horns found in Southeast Asia. These horns have a hardness and moderate toughness that is incomparable to taku (rubbing), making them the most popular material for important seals that will be used for a long time. |

[About product transportation]
We are responsible for packaging and shipping the products, and Kuroneko Yamato Transport handles transportation and delivery. For overseas shipments, Yamato Transport handles delivery to the airport, and then UPS handles export from Japan by air, import into each country, and delivery within each country, with products generally arriving to customers within 5 to 10 days.
Shipping is free for all products, however, in rare cases, import taxes, customs inspection fees, cargo storage fees, etc. may be charged, and such fees will be borne by the customer.
To track your package, we will email you the tracking number after the product has been shipped, so please check the UPS tracking form.
Please note that depending on the region, the final delivery method may be delivery to your door.
