I had an interview with Governor Nagasaki Kotaro of Yamanashi Prefecture.

Monday, March 11 , 2024 at Yamanashi Prefectural Government Office

I had the opportunity to meet with Governor Nagasaki Kotaro of Yamanashi Prefecture as a businessperson.

We talked about the current state of the seal industry, which is a local industry in Yamanashi Prefecture and is currently facing a very difficult situation, as well as our company's independent efforts to develop overseas sales channels for seals and respond to inbound demand, as well as the various results and anecdotes we have gained from these efforts, and we also asked for your support in overcoming the current situation, as well as many ideas for commercialization in the future.

The Governor spoke with many positive words, such as "I want to work together to spread hanko culture to the world," "The direction we received today was a great hint, so I want to use this as a basis to really tackle the issue," and "Let's continue the discussion." We will continue to consider and cooperate with the staff of the Governor's Policy Bureau to move forward.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Komeito Yamanashi Prefectural Assemblyman Hirohito Sano and his staff for taking seriously the voice of a company that has been involved in local industry for many years and for their speedy and sincere efforts in arranging the interview.

The interview went significantly longer than scheduled, and we apologize for causing inconvenience to the busy governor, but it was a rare opportunity and I believe it was a great success that the governor was able to hear a lot of what we had to say.

Although we are still only halfway there, we will continue to open new doors in our own style and do our best, so we ask for your continued support.

PS: Right after the interview, we received an order from Hong Kong🇭🇰 - NICE TIMING !!
